What kind of payment method may I use?

We accept payments through various secure methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shopify Pay

What if my payment has failed?

There may be several reasons for why payment for an order has failed. Reach out to our Customer Service Team via email: Team@101patchhat.com with subject 'Fail Payment' and provide your details and/or screenshot of trouble (if can) or get in touch with our sales representatives.

Where is my order confirmation number?

An email with your order information and an order confirmation number will be sent to you when your online order has been successfully placed.

Has your order confirmation not arrived?

Let us assist you! Send an email to Team@101patchhat.com with the subject "Order Checking" to reach our Customer Service Team, or get in touch with our sales representatives.

Why does my order status show 'Payment Pending'?

When payment is failed, the 'Payment Pending' indicator usually appears. We should have sent you an email with instructions to try again if the payment attempt was unsuccessful.

Didn't get a payment failure email or couldn't try to pay again?

To avoid duplication, please do not recreate your order! Contact our customer service team via email at Team@101patchhat.com with the subject "Payment Pending," or get in touch with our sales representatives. We'll email you a link so you can try to pay again!

Paid, but after a day, the order status has not been updated?

Our customer support team may assist with resending a purchase confirmation email and confirming your payment. If you have any questions, please contact our sales team at Team@101patchhat.com with the subject "Order Whereabouts." or contact our sales who support you. 

Is it possible to modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Regretfully, we are unable to make any more adjustments, such as changing the shipping method or the quantity for your beauty haul, once your purchase has been successfully placed. We always advise checking your bag and shipping information before checking out, since 101PatchHat is not responsible for refunds or replacements for packages shipped to erroneous addresses!
