Yes, we offer free mockups for custom orders. Once you submitted our form and uploaded your logo, our design team will create a visual representation of your hat with the chosen patches. This allows you to approve the design before we begin production.

Our patches are typically attached using a combination of iron-on adhesive and sewing. This ensures a secure and long-lasting bond.

While it's possible to remove a patch, it may leave some residue or marks on the hat. We recommend carefully considering your patch placement before finalizing your design.

Production time varies depending on the complexity of your order. Typically, it takes 2-3 weeks to create your custom hat and delivery. Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose.

Yes, we ship worldwide! You will be responsible for any customs duties or taxes if your address is outside of the United States.

You can absolutely change the address as long as the order hasn't shipped yet. The fastest way to do this is to contact the sales representative you've been working with or email to team@101patchhat.com

We recommend hand washing your hat with mild detergent and air drying it to preserve the quality of the patches and the hat itself.
